Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process in Kakkanad, Kochi. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing basic technical support for Windows PCs, Mac devices, and mobile devices.

Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide basic technical assistance for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Support customers with installation, uninstallation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Any undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, or recognized degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills required.
• CEFR or Berlitz B2 proficiency preferred.
• Basic computer and technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Must be comfortable with rotational and night shifts.
• Must be willing to work from the Kakkanad, Kochi office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Details

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational shifts, primarily night shifts

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month
