Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS)

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice – Work from Office)
Location: Mumbai
Perks: Cab facility available as per policy
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand, based on experience & interview)
Joining: Immediate joiners only preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Accurately record customer interactions and details
• Follow company processes and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation Mandatory& Experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Candidates must be based in Mumbai
