Manage international customer calls (inbound & outbound) professionally

Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high satisfaction

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions

Follow compliance, data security, and company guidelines

Meet daily productivity and quality targets

:

Minimum 2+ years of international voice process experience

Experience in Healthcare domain (preferred)

Excellent communication & listening skills

Good typing speed and MS Office knowledge

Willing to work in US shift

Open to working from office (all days)
