International Voice Process Associate - Dental Calling

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an International Voice Process Associate specializing in Dental Calling. The Associate will handle international communication with healthcare clients, including confirming patient eligibility, verifying insurance details, and resolving inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed call logs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company standards, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support client needs.

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and proficiency in voice-based support.
• Experience in handling dental-specific processes such as insurance verification, claim processing, and patient eligibility checks.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for documentation and data management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle international client interactions.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Prior experience in healthcare or dental process outsourcing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification is beneficial.
