Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers related to healthcare services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction scores as per process standards.
• Follow company policies and data protection guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Undergrad / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• not eligible Courses: BE, PGDM, MBA, and PG candidates are not eligible
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English required
• Location Constraint: Candidate must be within boundary limits
• Boundary: Badlapur to Sion | GTB to Panvel
• Travel: Only self-traveling candidates eligible (no transport facility provided)

Salary Details

• CTC: 3,30,000 LPA
• In-Hand: 21,000 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: 0 3,000 per month (based on shift)

Work Details

• Shift: Rotational (Predominantly Night Shifts)
• Week Off: Any 2 rotational offs
• Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (Airoli)
