Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound international calls confidently
- Interact with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Negotiate and provide suitable payment solutions
- Maintain proper call documentation
- Achieve monthly targets quality metrics
Eligibility Criteria
- SSC / HSC completed
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (mandatory)
- Prior collections experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
