Job Description

We are looking for a skilled International Voice BPO professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing voice-based communication with our international clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via voice communication.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
1-4 years of experience in a voice BPO role, preferably with international exposure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
