Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication to join our team as an International Voice Associate in our Egmore Chennai healthcare BPO. We would cross train the candidates for our healthcare project. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in an international voice process and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Note: No sales

Age limit: Upto 33 yrs

Immediate joiners required. Direct walk-in interview only.

Responsibilities

• Handle US voice calls related to health insurance and medical billing efficiently and professionally.
• You will be trained to handle in-depth process of validating a healthcare provider's qualifications. 
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in any international voice process in a BPO environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.

Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Should be willing to work in 4 pm to 1 am shift timing. Sat and Sun fixed off. One way cab drop for female employees.
