Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for US clients in a professional manner.
• Resolve queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve department goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male & Female both can apply.
• Education: Any Graduate or Diploma.
• Language: Must be well-versed in English (both written and spoken).
• Shift: Willingness to work in Night Shift.
• Week-offs: 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.
