Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Travel Sales Consultant based in Thane. The role involves consulting with clients to create customized travel plans, managing travel bookings, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Strong skills in Travel Arrangements, including booking and itinerary planning
- Excellent Customer Service and Reservations handling abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms and software is a plus
