Senior Travel Sales Partner – Bali, Indonesia.

Tripojunction is looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive / Senior Travel Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Bali holiday packages and a proven ability to convert travel enquiries into
bookings.
This is a sales-focused role for someone who understands Bali well, can design customised itineraries, communicate confidently with customers, follow up consistently, and close high-value international holiday bookings.

Fixed Salary: 40,000 per monthSales Inc

What You
ll Do
Handle and convert Bali holiday enquiries
Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences
Create customised Bali honeymoon, couple, family and group packages
Recommend the right hotels, villas, locations and experiences
Build itineraries covering areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Canggu and Nusa Penida
Prepare quotations and follow up with leads
Negotiate and confidently close bookings
Coordinate with operations/reservations after confirmation
Maintain strong customer relationships from enquiry to booking
Consistently achieve monthly sales and profitability targets
Who We're Looking For
You should have 2–5+ years of international holiday sales experience, preferably with substantial experience selling Bali.
You should have good destination knowledge, strong communication and sales-closing skills, and be comfortable handling customers over phone, WhatsApp and email.
Knowledge of Bali hotels, private pool villas, sightseeing, transfers, honeymoon packages and popular experiences will be a major advantage.
Ideal Candidate
We're particularly interested in someone who can take a qualified Bali enquiry and independently move it through:
Enquiry → Consultation → Itinerary → Quotation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Booking
Your core responsibility will be selling and closing Bali holidays.
