You will:

  • Own international product categories and improve their performance
  • Work on pricing, margins, and profitability strategy
  • Build and negotiate with global DMCs, hotels, and suppliers
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce errors
  • Support sales teams with destination expertise and product insights
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth

You will be accountable for outcomes not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and optimize international holiday packages
  • Customize itineraries based on client segments and travel trends
  • Improve package competitiveness and positioning

Vendor & Supplier Management:

  • Negotiate rates with international DMCs and partners
  • Ensure seamless coordination for hotels, transfers, visas, and activities
  • Maintain strong global vendor relationships

Revenue & Margin Optimization

  • Monitor profitability of packages
  • Suggest pricing adjustments based on market trends
  • Analyze booking patterns and forecasting data

Sales & Cross- Functional Collaboration

  • Train sales teams on destination and product knowledge
  • Assist in handling complex or high-value bookings
  • Align product strategy with sales performance data

Compliance & Execution

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain operational quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years of experience in international travel operations or product
  • Strong destination knowledge (Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, etc.)
  • Experience dealing with DMCs and international vendors
  • Understanding of costing, margins, and package structuring
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
