Position Overview
The International Travel Operation Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of international travel bookings, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and clients. The role requires strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end international tour operations including bookings, confirmations, and documentation
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and ground service providers
- Prepare detailed itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and sightseeing arrangements
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets, confirmations, and travel-related paperwork
- Coordinate with sales and visa teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings
- Handle client queries related to itineraries, changes, cancellations, and travel support
- Monitor tour operations timelines and ensure compliance with service standards
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational data
- Handle post-travel follow-ups and service feedback
- Stay updated with international travel regulations, airline policies, and destination updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in international travel operations (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of global destinations, tour packages, and travel logistics
- Familiarity with GDS systems, airline booking portals, and hotel platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle multiple bookings under deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation
