We have specialization in domestic and international tour packages, flight bookings, visa assistance, and customized holiday planning. We are looking for an experienced International Travel Consultant from the travel and tourism industry who understands client handling, itinerary planning, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel inquiries (International holidays)
- Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages
- Book flights, hotels, transport, cruises, and travel insurance
- Provide visa guidance and travel documentation support
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with DMCs, airlines, hotels, and travel vendors
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
- Manage travel CRM and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years experience in travel agency / tour operator / travel company
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages
- Experience in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred
- Good communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of visa process and travel documentation
- Ability to handle clients independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
