Job Title: International Travel Consultant

Location: 45, Phase 2, Badli Industrial Area, Delhi 110042 (10 mins walk from Rohini Sector 1819 Metro Station)

Experience: 25 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: 25,000 35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Travel Consultant who can handle end-to-end planning and execution of international travel packages. The candidate should have strong destination knowledge, costing ability, and excellent client handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client travel requirements and suggest suitable international destinations and packages

Design complete travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing)

Prepare costing sheets ensuring competitive pricing and margins

Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, and vendors for bookings and confirmations

Handle bookings, amendments, cancellations, and travel-related queries

Ensure all travel documentation (visa, insurance, vouchers, tickets) is accurate and complete

Create professional and detailed day-wise itineraries using MS Word/Excel

Maintain strong communication with clients for a smooth travel experience

Requirements:

25 years of experience in international tour planning

Strong knowledge of destinations like SE Asia, Europe, Middle East, etc.

Good command over MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Preferred:

Experience working with DMCs and international vendors

Background in travel agency or tour operations
