Responsibilities

Assist clients in planning and booking international travel itineraries.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and travel requirements.
Stay updated with current travel regulations and policies.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise before, during, or after travel.
Conduct market research to identify new travel opportunities and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
Strong knowledge of international travel destination and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
