A Travel Consultant (International) who:

• Truly gets South Asian & Middle Eastern destinations — not just the names, but the vibes, the must-dos, and the hidden gems.
• Can confidently explain trips in a way that makes customers want to pack their bags right away.
• Enjoys real conversations and understands what travellers are actually looking for.
• Builds trust by listening first and then creating the perfect travel plan.
• Stays calm and helpful, even when last-minute changes pop up (because travel happens!).
• In short — someone who's part travel expert, part salesperson, and part storyteller… and loves being all three.

• Manage leads via calls, WhatsApp & email
• Understand customer preferences, budgets & travel expectations
• Offer tailor-made international packages (SEA + Middle East)
• Follow up smartly and close sales consistently
• Create customised travel plans for Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai
• Suggest hotels, activities, transfers & speciality experiences
• Remove confusion and guide customers step by step
• Make sure you be hitting the target monthly
• Provide clear information about visa documents, requirements & travel guidelines
• Manage changes, upgrades, issues and ensure smooth communication
• Coordinate with operations for confirmations
• Update MIS reports, booking sheets, payment trackers
• Ensure timely and accurate information flow

• 1.5+ years of international travel sales experience
• Strong exposure to SEA & Middle East destinations
• Excellent communication + persuasion skills
• A habit of solid follow-ups
• A customer-first approach
• Good knowledge of hotels, transfers & itinerary planning
• High energy and an ownership mindset
