International Travel Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for an International Travel Consultant. The consultant will create customized travel plans, manage bookings, coordinate travel arrangements, and offer exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling international travel inquiries, assisting with reservations, advising clients on travel requirements, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for customers.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client communication
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex travel itineraries
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking platforms
• Basic knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a travel agency or DMC is advantageous
