Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for an International Travel Consultant. The role involves providing expert travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and curating personalized travel experiences for clients. Responsibilities include booking flights, accommodations, and other trip components, as well as assisting with visas and client queries while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with international visa processes and travel documentation
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Surat and adapt to dynamic travel requirements
- Prior experience in travel planning or a relevant role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is desirable
