Telecaller job involves making outbound/inbound calls to generate leads, promote products/services, and provide customer support, requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and record-keeping to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction, acting as the voice of the company for sales or service needs. Key duties include cold calling, answering queries, managing CRM data, resolving issues, and achieving daily/monthly goals, often involving various channels like calls, chat, or email.
