  • Process payments and withdrawals for customers accurately.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Access customer information through computerized systems.
  • Promote specific products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor as needed.
  • Refer customers to qualified individuals for regulated financial products.
  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling.
  • Make regular calls per the sales plan and qualify leads from the database.
  • Use outbound telemarketing to set face-to-face appointments for the field sales team.
  • Track, manage, and follow up on leads efficiently.
