International Tax Manager (US Taxation)
Technical skills:-
- Hands-on experience and expertise in US direct taxation.
- Business tax, CAT GRT and allied US Direct Tax Compliance
- Experience in US Federal & State Tax- Preparation of Form 1120, 1120F for US C corp and US LLC.
- Experience in using Avalara Software, Thomson Reuters, Checkpoint etc.
- Undertaking Technical Research on US Tax Laws
- Knowledge of various provisions viz. BEAT, GILTI, 163(j) disallowance, CFC, etc
- Hands-on experience in dealing with FATCA forms (like W8, W9)
- WHT Tax compliance and advice from US Tax perspective read with International Tax Treaties
- Support seniors in M&A acquisition deals and review of document, agreement, etc
