International Student Counsellor (UK)
We're Hiring:
Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying in the UK Join our team as an International Student Counsellor and play a key role in guiding students toward global education opportunities.
Your Role
- Connect with prospective international students and explain our services
- Convert leads from social media and other channels
- Schedule appointments and close enrolments over the phone
- Follow up with clients and manage queries or concerns
- Support student recruitment and outreach activities
- Enrol students and assess their qualifications
- Generate referrals and achieve recruitment targets
- Provide guidance to students regarding available support services when required
- Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars organised by the company
- Contribute to media relations, content creation, social media management, marketing research and analysis, and campaign planning
- Play a key role in shaping public perception and promoting the organisation's brand
- Advise students on university application procedures and assist them with applications for scholarships and accommodation
- Be available daily to address student concerns and follow up with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
- Answer calls and explain university courses, tuition fees, and company services.
What We're Looking For/ Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- Experience in US/UK admissions counselling is preferred
- Passion for guiding and coaching young adults, with an interest in global education and study abroad for higher education
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in education or admissions counselling is an advantage
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
Salary: INR25,000- INR 30,000
