Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Student Advisor for the UK market. The role involves counseling prospective students, driving admissions conversions, managing the end-to-end application process, and achieving monthly sales targets for UK university enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students for UK study opportunities and convert leads into enrollments
• Guide students on courses, universities, scholarships, and visa process
• Manage applications, follow-ups, and admission closures
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Build strong relationships with students and partner institutions
• Mentor junior counselors and support team performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UK education counseling/admissions sales
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of UK universities and student visa process
• Target-oriented with proven conversion track record
