Roles & Responsibilities:

Working days - 6 days with 1 rotational off

Job location - Gurgaon, Sec 44

Salary bracket - For freshers 3lpa

-For exp upto 4.2lpa

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to insurance products, providing accurate information about insurance plans, and guiding customers through the purchase process. The role includes maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will also participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall objectives of the sales team.

Qualifications Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products

-Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

-Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

-Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
