Position: International BDE
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Note: We are looking for candidates who have experience working in an IT product-based company and have handled clients from the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, mentor, and guide SDR teams to drive high-quality lead generation
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Oversee outreach campaigns and ensure strong engagement and conversion
- Travel to international markets for client meetings, negotiations, and reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, product positioning, and market feedback
- Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in international sales and SDR team management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM tool skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt in a dynamic environment
