Job Description

Position: International BDE

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Note: We are looking for candidates who have experience working in an IT product-based company and have handled clients from the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead, mentor, and guide SDR teams to drive high-quality lead generation
  • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Oversee outreach campaigns and ensure strong engagement and conversion
  • Travel to international markets for client meetings, negotiations, and reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, product positioning, and market feedback
  • Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in international sales and SDR team management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM tool skills
  • Willingness to travel and adapt in a dynamic environment
