We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to connect with potential clients and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers through research and outreach.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
