Role: International Sales Specialist (Global)
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Role Overview
This is a pure sales role focused on driving global revenue growth. The ideal candidate will own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure across international markets.
You will be responsible for selling SaaS-based healthcare solutions to organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking)
Build and manage a strong global sales pipeline
Conduct product demos and deliver compelling sales presentations
Engage with and sell to C-suite and senior decision-makers
Negotiate and close deals with a strong focus on revenue generation
What We're Looking For
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Strong experience in international B2B sales
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Confidence in handling CXO-level conversations
Experience in SaaS / Pharma / Healthcare sales is preferred
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales processes
Success Metrics
Revenue generated from global markets
Number of qualified leads converted to customers
Consistency in achieving sales targets and quotas

Success is measured by revenue and conversions
