Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru South (HSR Layout), operating in the US shift. The International Sales Specialist will engage with prospective learners and their families across international markets, primarily via calls, emails, and online meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting needs-based consultations, explaining Codeyoung's courses and learning outcomes, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up with interested leads, and providing timely, professional responses to customer questions. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales processes, share market feedback, and help achieve revenue targets while ensuring a high-quality experience for all prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have strong skills in International Sales and experience working with overseas customers or markets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and manage objections effectively.
- Candidates should demonstrate knowledge or aptitude in International Business and International Trade, especially in an edtech or service-based context.
- Relevant experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in education or edtech, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with working US shift hours and the ability to work from the HSR Layout, Bengaluru South office is required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, data entry, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
