We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Specialist to manage and convert prospective customers across international markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, with a 6-day working structure.

The role involves engaging with international parents and guardians, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable educational programs, and guiding prospects through the complete enrollment journey. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, schedule product demonstrations or counseling sessions, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven international sales environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective international customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant educational programs based on their needs.
  • Present course offerings, program benefits, learning outcomes, and enrollment processes clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with international leads and manage prospects throughout the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, counseling sessions, and sales consultations.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing concerns, resolving queries, and providing timely information.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments while consistently achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support international campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and customer onboarding.
  • Track sales performance and provide timely reports on pipeline activity, conversions, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, sales processes, and international market outreach.
  • Represent the organization professionally while interacting with customers from diverse international markets.
  • Stay informed about customer preferences, market trends, and competitive offerings to strengthen sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Proven experience in sales, inside sales, international sales, business development, or EdTech sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with international customers and build trust across different cultures and geographies.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and revenue achievement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), six days a week, and accommodate international time zones when required.
