Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospect engagement, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Connect with international customers through calls, video meetings, emails, and messaging platforms to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, identify customer pain points, and effectively position product offerings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and establish trust through professional communication and personalized interactions.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Manage and nurture assigned leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer information within CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets and key sales performance metrics.
- Develop deep product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, sales processes, and overall business outcomes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–5 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence customer decisions through consultative selling and value-based conversations.
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-oriented environment with measurable goals.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools effectively.
- Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with international markets.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales or selling high-value solutions to global customers will be an added advantage.
