Job description - International sales Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales
Specialist to join our team in the US virtual construction industry. This role
involves identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client
accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be
responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and handling
customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities: Explore new markets, clients, and partnerships in the
US high-tech construction industry.
Develop Strategies: Design and implement plans to access new opportunities
and grow the business.
Build Relationships: Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to establish
rapport and generate business leads.
Follow Scripts: Adhere to standardized communication scripts to ensure
consistency and compliance.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent
preferred).
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with business
teams in various US states.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with basic computer skills and customer relationship management
(CRM) tools.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience:
Prior experience in the US calling process (customer support, sales, etc.) is
highly preferred.
Experience in handling outbound and inbound calls is mandatory.

A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.

Willing to work night shifts or flexible hours as per US time zones.
