Key Responsibilities

Connect with nurses and working professionals to understand their career goals.
Counsel candidates about overseas employment opportunities in Germany and Japan.
Explain career growth, lifestyle, and financial benefits of working abroad.
Promote and sell German language training programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Maintain accurate lead and candidate records in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build strong and long-term relationships with candidates.
Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling, or Inside Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented approach with a passion for sales and counselling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.
