Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Specialist based in Surat. The International Sales Specialist will manage and grow global sales of ENT implants, instruments, and related medical products by identifying new markets, qualifying leads, and building long-term relationships with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, documentation, and shipment. The role involves handling international trade documentation, tracking orders, resolving customer issues, and supporting regulatory or compliance requirements in overseas markets. The International Sales Specialist will also participate in international exhibitions or virtual events, provide product presentations and basic training to customers, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
- Strong International Sales and International Business skills, with experience in developing and managing overseas markets.
- Knowledge of International Trade practices, including export documentation, Incoterms, and basic import/export regulations.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with global clients and internal teams.
- Ability to build and maintain partner networks, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; comfort with online meeting and presentation platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with readiness to travel internationally as required.
