We are looking for a highly motivated International Sales Specialist to drive business growth across the Americas region (USA, North America, and South America) by developing new customers, strengthening distributor networks, and converting global enquiries into long-term partnerships.
Role Mission
To expand Duratuf's international business across the Americas region by identifying new opportunities, converting global enquiries into active accounts, building strong distributor relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
International Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B clients, distributors, and channel partners across the Americas region.
- Manage inbound global enquiries and convert qualified leads into active accounts.
- Drive quarterly revenue growth from assigned international markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with international distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to closing.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
Export Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade documentation, and INCOTERMS.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho) including client interactions, sales pipeline, and opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and report progress against sales targets.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or International Trade
- 3–6 years of experience in International Sales or Export Sales
- Preferably in B2B industrial products
