International Sales Representative

Location: Gurugram Sector 44

Shift Timing: 10 Am-7 Pm, Rotational Off

Working Day: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)

Salary Budget: Fresher - 2.55 LPA - 3 LPA

Experienced with more than 6 months of experience - 20-25% hike on your Last CTC or max 4.2LPA.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.

* Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.

* Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Strong communication skills in English.

* Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.

* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
