We're Hiring | International Sales Representative
Lars Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an International Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth across international markets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and client interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and develop appropriate sales solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Proactively acquire new customers through outbound sales initiatives.
- Plan and participate in trade shows, new product introductions, and in-country product demonstrations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer information, business expenditures, and sales activities.
- Prepare call reports, trip reports, expense reports, and other required sales documentation.
- Forecast sales activities and contribute to the overall international business development strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Medical/Healthcare and Export/International Sales is mandatory.
- 1 to 10 years of experience in Marketing / International Sales / Export Sales.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident approach.
- Candidates with higher relevant experience in Medical & Export Sales are also encouraged to apply.
