Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage clients while maintaining strong professional relationships and effective grievance handling.
- Educate clients about trading strategies, company policies, financial products, and market risks.
- Generate and convert prospects daily through telephonic, video, and text-based communication.
- Conduct sessions on risk profile management and suitable trading strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Research teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
- Stay updated with global financial markets, economic trends, and current affairs to better assist investors and traders.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets through client acquisition and relationship management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
- Strong understanding of Global Financial Markets, especially Forex & Comex.
- Good command over English communication along with sales and marketing abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a client-focused approach.
- Prior experience in International Sales, Financial Services, Marketing, or Global Markets will be an added advantage.
