Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also conduct market analysis, oversee the sales team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires effective team management and communication to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Experience in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the road equipment or construction industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
