Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Ludhiana. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, preparing reports, and contributing to the execution of the company's strategic plans. The role involves coordinating with team members, ensuring smooth workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to achieve organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Lead generation, Business Development, Building long term customer relationship
• Proficiency in operations management, strategic planning, and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in market research and analysis, customer engagement, and client acquisition
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and manage projects effectively
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in export industry is considered a must.
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings (whenever required)
• Monitoring and implementing global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures.
