International Sales Manager – Video Analytics Platform

Role Mission

To drive global expansion by building and scaling revenue across international markets and establishing the organization as a strong player in AI-powered video analytics.

Experience Required

7–15 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in Video Analytics, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new international markets (MEA, SEA, Europe, etc.)
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for cross-border enterprise deals
  • Build and manage local partnerships, distributors, and channel networks
  • Navigate global procurement processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the organization in international events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs
  • Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record of closing international deals
  • Experience in building and scaling new markets from scratch
  • Strong understanding of global business environments and cultural dynamics
  • Background in AI, video surveillance, analytics, or enterprise SaaS preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
