Context
Our client, a recognized player in ventilation solutions, is accelerating its international growth. As part of this strategy, they are looking for an International Sales Manager to develop and structure the Indian market.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you will be fully responsible for the development of the Indian market:
- Analyze the Indian market and identify business opportunities
- Prospect new B2B clients and local partners
- Build and structure a network of distributors and prescribers
- Promote high value-added technical solutions
- Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial follow-up
- Define and implement a market-entry and development strategy adapted to local specifics
- Provide regular reporting to management
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's level)
- Proven experience in international business development, ideally in an industrial or HVAC environment
- Strong interest in or good understanding of the Indian market
- Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-driven approach
- Fluent in English (local languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently
