Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient professional to drive international business development for our Paints & Coatings division. The candidate will be responsible for managing export sales, providing technical support, and growing our customer base across target international markets such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage international business opportunities for paints, coatings, and inks raw materials.
  • Build strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and local partners.
  • Provide technical support, product training, and solutions to customers on product applications such as:
  • Binders, resins
  • Additives (dispersing agents, defoamers, wetting agents, etc.)
  • Pigments and extenders
  • Solvents and specialty intermediates
  • Coordinate with suppliers and R&D teams for product trials, custom solutions, and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead new market entry strategies, including regulatory compliance, local certifications, and pricing strategy.
  • Participate in global exhibitions, trade shows, and technical conferences to promote the brand and build pipeline.
  • Monitor international market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, visit reports, market analysis, and business development plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Paint Technology(Preferable).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in technical sales or export business development within the paints & coatings or chemicals industry.
  • Proven success in managing international clients and distributors.
  • Strong technical understanding of coating formulations and raw material applications.
  • Willingness to travel internationally frequently and handle multi-country accounts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities or experience working in Asia, Middle East, or African markets.
  • Knowledge of technical
