Roles And Responsibilities
Achieve predefined international sales targets.
Prepare and execute action plans to generate international sales leads and prospects.
Initiate and coordinate strategies to penetrate new international markets.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for all international proposals, maintaining optimal profit margins.
Maintain precise records of pricing, sales activities, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
Utilize experience and market knowledge to plan and accomplish goals effectively.
Conduct market studies and analysis for target countries.
Identify new export markets and develop new business accounts.
Plan sales campaigns aligned with market trends and country-specific needs.
Review and manage budgets for product ranges.
Meet with clients (domestic and international) and negotiate sales terms.
Achieve assigned international sales targets.
Manage export documentation, licenses, contracts, and legal requirements.
Handle administrative tasks related to orders, export processes, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to exports and client satisfaction.
Lead and guide the export sales team.
Qualifications And Education
MBA / Graduate (Preferred in Marketing or International Business)
Preferred Skills
Marketing specialization
Strong analytical and intellectual skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Smart, confident, and presentable personality
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Location: Delhi (Hybrid with Bhopal (Head Office) coordination; branch to open soon)
Note: Candidates should be flexible and ready to relocate to Bhopal if required.
