Part II – Key Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
- Setting sales strategy for revenue generation for international Export market.
- Strong understanding of International trade practices, INCOTERMS & knowledge about export documentation.
- Exploring new market.
- Generating leads from B2B portals , Trade Fairs ,Exhibition ,Agents and direct outreach
- Address customer queries, manage after sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analysis costing report and competitor data and improvising our strategy
- Coordinating design and development team for promotion item.
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, Raw material product markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.
- Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Maintain and develop relationships withpotential clients.
- Facilitate the creation and delivery of promotional and marketing activities.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers and internal staff.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and to enhance profitability of the company.
- Payment follow-ups with the client
- Experience in presenting company in Exhibition
- Search for new buyers in different websites
Education preferred
MBA – International Sales/ Business Development
