Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nr. Gota, SG Highway, Ahmedabad office for an International Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to expand the international client base, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new market opportunities, and negotiating contracts with potential buyers. The role also involves market research, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and complying with export regulations to drive global business growth. The individual will closely collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Market Expansion, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in International Sales, Export Documentation, and compliance with global trade regulations
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Team Collaboration, and Sales Target Execution
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Familiarity or prior experience in the agro-products or commodities sector is highly advantageous
