The International Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's market reach on a global scale. This position requires expertise in cold calling, B2B sales, and outbound calls to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to identify and prospect potential clients in international markets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Present product/service offerings to potential clients and address their needs and concerns. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and secure new business partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Train new agents on sales processes, tools, and best practices.

Conduct weekly training sessions to track agent performance and drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications: 

Proven experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets. Results-driven mind set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in SaaS, digital products, or tech-enabled services, especially relevant to restaurant or small business sectors.

Ability to pitch commission-free delivery integration and storefront solutions to clients currently using aggregator platforms.

Skilled in consultative selling, aligning digital transformation needs with product capabilities.

Experience handling longer international sales cycles and nurturing leads across regions.

Capability to manage or contribute to localized sales strategies based on regional market behaviours.
