International Sales Manager – Global Markets (B2B / Industrial IoT)

Tech Scout Labs is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *International Sales Manager* to drive global business expansion across Africa, Middle East, and emerging markets.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to *B2B international sales, industrial solutions, IoT, telematics, fleet management, fuel automation, or industrial technology sectors*.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Develop and grow international business opportunities
• Build and manage distributor, reseller, and enterprise client networks
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to closure
• Conduct techno-commercial presentations and proposal discussions
• Represent the company in international meetings, trade fairs, and market visits
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve defined revenue and business development targets
*Candidate Profile*
✔ 5–8 years of International B2B Sales experience
✔ Background in IoT / Industrial Automation / Telematics / SaaS preferred
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal skills
✔ Experience working with overseas clients and multiple geographies
✔ CRM knowledge (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot preferred)
✔ MBA or Engineering background preferred

• Candidates must be based in Vadodara only
• This is a full-time ON-SITE role at Vadodara office
• NOT a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity
• International travel readiness is essential
