Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of International Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The role requires a highly driven and self-sufficient professional responsible for driving revenue growth across global markets. The International Sales Manager will manage the complete commercial funnel from prospecting and lead generation to enterprise pitching, negotiation, and closure.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a full-funnel B2B pipeline. The role involves identifying and engaging decision-makers across education, recruitment, corporate learning, and global testing organizations, while developing personalized outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, and digital channels. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with the company's goals.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong experience in international sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive-level presentation abilities.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and pitching solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies across outbound, inbound, and digital channels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the EdTech or online assessment industry is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability to diverse cultures and global markets; willingness to travel internationally when required.
