About The Opportunity
A leading global player in the premium Basmati rice export sector, we specialize in sourcing, branding, and distributing high-quality Indian Basmati rice to international markets across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and beyond. Our mission is to elevate Indian agri-exports through strategic global partnerships, premium product positioning, and data-driven sales execution. We're scaling our international sales team and seeking a dynamic, market-savvy leader to drive revenue growth and market penetration in key global geographies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute market-specific sales strategies to expand export footprint across target regions including UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, and Canada.
- Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, retailers, and CPG partners—negotiating contracts, margins, and exclusivity terms.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from lead generation and pitch presentations to contract closure and post-sale performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to align product positioning, promotional calendars, and logistics for regional demand spikes.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes to adapt pricing, promotions, and distribution models in real-time.
- Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards to leadership, highlighting region-wise growth, win/loss analysis, and pipeline forecasts.
